Frequently asked questions
Is there a limit on quantity for logo printing?
No. Tell us the quantity and logo requirements and we will send a quote. The order goes ahead once you approve it.
How far in advance should I order?
Bulk orders: preparation time depends on quantity and is confirmed with the order. For Lunar New Year gifts, order 2 weeks to 1 month before the holiday. For bulk Valentine’s orders, please contact us early. Single orders: we confirm the delivery time when you order.
What is the shelf life?
Chocolate with nuts or fruit: 6 months. Filled chocolate: 45 days. Other types: 6 months to 1 year. The exact shelf life is printed on each product.
Can international visitors take chocolate home?
Yes. Chocolate House serves many international visitors, who take our chocolate home as regular luggage.
